Our Policy

  1. No CHILDREN are allowed.


  3. Please do not book any braid services on SATURDAY

  4. Please arrive on time, If you call to inform us that you are running late, we will offer a 10-minute grace period.

  5. Your appointment will be cancelled after 15 mins.

  6. If you arrive after grace period you will be charged a $15 late fee, only if professional agrees to still service you. If lateness is not accepted the appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited, also non transferable.

  7. To cancel your appointment, please call to reschedule 72 hours in advance. Deposits are nonrefundable.

  8. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is a “no show” for two or more appointments

  9. We require a 30% deposit to book an appointment which will go towards the total amount of your service.

  10. If you don't show or cancel your appointment the day of you will not get your deposit back and it will not be transferable.

  11. You can reschedule at least 72 hrs prior to your appointment, you have 3 days to reschedule for your deposit to be transferred to your next appointment. (You have a maximum of 2 times to reschedule)

  12. Braid services DO NOT include a shampoo.

  13. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during your appointment. We will keep items for up to 14 days, and if not claimed the items will be donated to charity.

  14. We do not accept same day booking online. Call if you would like to come in.

  15. Please read full description of services before you book your appointment.

  16. After hours appointments are available depending on our availability's with an extra fee of $35. Please call if you would like to book an after hours appointment.

  17. No REFUNDS.

  18. Due to Covid-19 we asked that you wear a mask. Also we're only allowing 4 people in the salon at a time (this includes the Stylist/Mua as well) If you arrive early please reach out to Stylist/Mua to see if its okay to come in.
